The Trek Summer Sale starts this week! Are you ready for it? We’ve got the resources you need right here. It’s also the final days of our Sherpa contest! Make sure you’re up-to-date in Ascend University for a chance to win an Xbox One S.
Trek Summer Sale: Take advantage of Trek’s Summer Sale – with sale pricing for your customers, and rebates on bikes for you!
The sale runs from July 26 – July 30, 2018. Are you ready? It’s easy to prepare for the Summer Sale using Promotions in Ascend.
To get the discounted prices for Trek P&A, simply navigate to the Promotion Wizard and download the promotion there.
All Trek bikes, regardless of model year, are included in the Summer sale. Electra bikes are not included! Since Closeout models can also be included in the Summer Sale for a further discounted price, you’ll need to set these items’ promotional price to their ultimate sale price. To make this happen, manually create a promotion for the 2018 Trek Summer Sale Bikes.

Promo power: Follow the yellow brick road to Database Explorer > Promotions for easy access to all Ascend-created promotions and the Promotions Wizard!
Once you open the Wizard, highlight a Promotion in the top part of the window to view the discounted products for it in the lower part. Update as needed, and then click Download to add the promotion to your database. Check out our video on Ascend University to learn more.
Sherpa rewards: Are you an Ascend University Sherpa? Reach Sherpa status (complete all modules with a quiz score of 80% or higher) by July 31 at 11:59 PM CST, and you’ll be entered in our drawing to win a brand-new Xbox One S! Get all the details.
Hotfix incoming: We’ve found a few more multi-store issues which required an emergency fix, so we’ll be releasing a new update to multi-store retailers in North America later tonight (approximately 10 pm US Central). Multi-store retailers worldwide will have this update available Thurs. (26 July) morning.
Retailers with a single location are not affected, and will not receive this update.
