The Fall 2017 version of Ascend is coming next week on Tuesday, September 12th. For this week, write a reminder for a brief Ascend Support phone closure to allow for team training. And if you’re attending Interbike later this month, swing by and say “hi”!
Limited phones this Friday: This Friday, September 8th, the Ascend Support line will be closed briefly 9:00AM-10:15AM CST for a staff meeting. Check out our help resources to see if the answer is already prepared for you!

Prepare for fall: The Fall 2017 version of Ascend will be available next Tuesday, September 12th. Make sure to schedule some time (outside of store hours) to update your workstations and start taking advantage of the improved work order scheduling, automated BCC email delivery, updated serialization, and more.
And remember to run the firmware update if you use Ingenico iSC250 payment terminals during checkout. Firmware updates can take up 10 minutes to complete, so please be patient and do not turn off the terminal during the update process.
