You know you can always reach the Ascend team by phone, but that’s not your only option! There are a lot of other ways to stay connected. Ascend is active on several social media platforms, making it easy for you to connect with Ascend – and with other Ascend retailers.

Share and learn on UserVoice: UserVoice is the Ascend feedback forum where retailers can share ideas for improving Ascend, vote for existing ideas, and access help topics in the Knowledge Base

Anyone can access our help topics – just go to Help on our website and select Online Help.

But to add or vote on ideas, you’ll need a UserVoice account. Email us at training@ascendrms.com from the email address you’d like to use for the account with your name and your shop’s name to get started!

Start a conversation on the ACN: The Ascend Customer Network (ACN) is a discussion-oriented forum that connects retailers with the Ascend team and other Ascend users. 

Join topic-specific groups (such as Bookkeeping or eCommerce), discuss any concerns, and share solutions. You can also post/view relevant images, links, and videos on discussion boards. Another option is to send private messages to other members (like if you’re sharing your personal email address with someone).

If you haven’t joined yet, follow this link. Then enter your email address and select ‘Sign up’ to send a request to join. Once your request is approved, you’ll get a confirmation email.

‘Like’ us on Facebook: Keep up with Ascend, share posts, comment, or add a review by liking our page on Facebook.

Follow us on Twitter: Share Ascend with fellow business owners and get notified of product releases by following us on Twitter. You can also receive notifications of service outages via Twitter by following the Ascend Support account. 

Sign up for SMS Alerts: No Twitter account? Not a problem! You don’t need to have one to get service updates. You can now receive notifications right on your mobile phone via SMS.

Just text Follow AscendStatus to 40404 from your mobile phone to sign up for text notifications (standard messaging rates may apply).
