Summer 2016 is coming your way soon!
The Summer 2016 version of Ascend is just around the corner! We can’t wait to get it to you. Updates include:
- Custom Quick Add Buttons in Work Order Details so you can add your most popular SKUs or service packages with a single click.
- The ability to Change a Customer Associated to a Transaction, even if there’s one already assigned.
- Better performance when searching and sharing Product information on our new Multi-store cloud sync introduced in Spring 2016.
- Increased payment processing stability for retailers integrated with Chase Paymentech. This includes an improved workflow that will record a payment to a sale immediately after authorization to prevent accidental double charging.
- Much, much more!
This new version will be available to all retailers on June 21st. Actually, it’s a bit more complicated than that…
Retailers currently running Spring 2016 who just can’t wait to get their hands on the new improvements can volunteer to update 1-2 weeks early. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’re interested and somebody will reach out to arrange your early access.
Retailers currently running Winter 2015 or earlier who are integrated with Chase Paymentech must have their addendum filled out and on file before they can update. Not sure what we’re talking about? Click here. Additionally, if you’re a multi-store retailer, this update will require more coordination than usual so we’ll reach out to schedule it with you as the release date approaches.
